Eleven-year-old flute prodigy Yae Ram Park joins veteran flautist Dr Sebastian Bhakdi with Bangkok’s well-known piano collaborator Tony Newman in a programme of music to dazzle the mind.  They all play so many notes in such a short time that you will surely think it IS magic.  The program consists of duets by Mozart, Telemann and Doppler as well as solos by Chaminade, Taffanel and Widor.  As a special treat, guest soprano Ema Naito will perform a cantata for flute, soprano and piano by Alessandro Scarlatti.

Yae Ram is a Music Scholar at Shrewsbury International School with numerous International appearances already to her credit.  Sebastian has also appeared as soloist with many orchestras internationally and currently pursues a malaria research project at Siriraj Hospital.  Tony has amazed and impressed Bangkok audiences in many recent performances for the BMS and BCT and is Asia Pacific Regional Actuary for a multi-national insurance company.  Put the three together and the result truly is magical.
